BIO

I tell stories through the arts.

I write, I photograph utilizing both film and digital technology, I sing, and I am an intermodal expressive artist.

My creative process begins with being still, whether in nature, in connection with others, or simply with myself. Once still, I observe, I interact, I witness, and then I convey truth. My primary objective is conveying personal but universal truths in a palatable way.

I aim to facilitate discourse, especially surrounding potentially challenging realities, such as the passage of time, grief and loss, mental health, chronic illness, generational cycles, and the environment.

I create as a means of mindfulness and healing for myself.

I create to cultivate mindfulness, awareness, and a sense of comfort with authenticity in discourse and overall existence. I am committed to facilitating and honoring creative expression.

I aim to communicate that life itself is art.
